In-House Designs

How It Works

  • What if you could host an event without the hassle of spending weeks preparing? What if you had someone to design your tablescape, set it all up, and make sure everything looked just right?

  • 30A Tablescape Co. creates an atmosphere of ease for you and your guests. We offer carefully curated Tablescape rentals for every event.

  • You provide the food and friends, and we provide the flair!

  • From a casual dinner party to an elegant soireé and everything in between, we will set up in advance and return afterwards to pack and clean up! All you have to do, is sit back and enjoy!

The Day of Your Event

  • On the day of your event, we will arrive 1-2 hours in advance of your guests' arrival to set up.

  • We leave you to enjoy every moment of your event.

  • We will return at the agreed upon time to pack and clean up.

After your event has ended, we ask that you rinse away any food or drink remains, but do not wash the dinnerware. Many of our items are delicate and we will take care of washing every piece after we pack up and depart.

Four Simple Steps to Book Your Event

  • First, browse through our Tablescape Designs and determine if your event requires a Custom Design or one of our In-House Designs.

  • Second, fill out and submit the Tablescape Booking Form.

  • Third, you will receive an email from us, confirming booking and rental details, as well as any questions we may have for you.

  • Fourth, after all event details and services have been agreed upon, we will send a rental agreement to be signed. This agreement will require a deposit of 25% of the total. This deposit secures your rental service and event date. The deposit is non-refundable. (See FAQs for the rescheduling process.)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: What if I want a specific design but I have more guests than it accomodates?

  • A: Let us know! We will do our best to accommodate as many guests as we can without compromising the design!

  • Q: How far in advance should I reserve my date?

  • A: We recommend submitting your request at least 2 weeks in advance of your event.

  • Q: Do you service areas other than 30A?

  • A: While we primarily service the 30A area, we also service the surrounding areas. As long as the distance and time are agreed upon, we are happy to accommodate your event.

  • Q: Can I make changes to my order?

  • A: As long as items are available at the time of your event, and do not exceed the capacity we can support, you can make changes to your order.

  • Q: Is payment required prior to my event?

  • A: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is required at the time the rental agreement is signed. Your event date and rental will not be reserved until the deposit is paid. Final payment is due at least 10 days prior to the day of your scheduled event.

  • Q: What if we break or damage something?

  • A: We understand that accidents happen. If the item must be professionally cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for that service. If the item is not repairable, you are responsible for the replacement cost of that item(s).

  • Q: Do I have to wash everything after my event?

  • A: No! The ease of booking with 30A Tablescape Co. is that we do that part for you! We just ask that you rinse away any food or drink remains, but do not wash the dinnerware.

  • Q: Why is there a maximum number of guests for different designs?

  • A: 30A Tablescape Co. is a curated service that provides a whiteglove experience. Due to the availability of the unique pieces we offer, we have limited pieces. However, in some instances, we are able to mix & match to accommodate additional guests.

  • Q: What if I have to reschedule my event?

  • A: Any requests to reschedule must be made 72 hours prior to your event date and time. We will work with you to reschedule your event based on availability. If you request to reschedule less than 72 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a new deposit and sign a new rental agreement. However, in the case of inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.

Starfish

Starfish features our Starfish salad plates, white geometric flatware, and rattan accents. Our coastal centerpiece takes you to the dunes of 30A with its white sand and sea grass.

Golden Leopard

Golden Leopard brings a pop of color and pattern to your table, featuring our Leopard salad plates, white geometric flatware, and gorgeous jungle linens.

Sunbath

Sunbath features our Jungalow Sun dinner and salad plate set in white, highlighted by brushed gold and rattan accents. If you are looking for something Bright, Airy, and Fresh - this one is for you!

Champagne Toast

Champagne Toast features our Gold-rimmed Black and White patterned dining set. This tablescape sets the tone for an evening of elegance with flowing pampas grass and candlelight.

Blue Palm
